Challenge we want to solve
The reduction and reuse of resource solutions throughout the lifecycle of a project from design to construction. This can be attributed towards waste resources minimization for energy, water, and waste.
Objective
We want to implement strong design solutions that solve problems for our customers and for the community. For example, looking at the utilization of quality, we want to utilize durable materials that will reduce heat absorption to passively cool facilities and communities.
From a social standpoint, we are constantly diversifying our education portfolio to widen the choice of quality education for students in Abu Dhabi. Most recently, we are set to educate students on responsible engagement in the Metaverse.
Economically, we are looking at strategies to best determine the long-term performance of materials to ensure lasting durability and cost efficiency.
Value created
Our value comes from our strategic pillars which are a running theme through our solutions sustainability, smart development, and space utilization. It will affect the way that we deliver projects which will trickle down to the communities we serve, and will help us move forward towards a greener, more sustainable strategy. The value ranges from financial, to minimizing the utilization energy, water and waste.
